Tips for staying fit during Ramadan

ADJUST YOUR DURATION

For those who are fasting, you are probably dehydrated and your carbohydrate reserves in your body will probably be depleted. Training while in a state of dehydration will cause drastic drop of energy and this can decrease your strength significantly. During this period, you should try to workout 2 to 3 times a week or on alternate days. Keep your workout short – we suggest you stay within the 30 - 45 minutes range.
